Xie Xiaoyong said that the signing of the memorandum of cooperation is the first step of joint R & D and production between the two sides. Hui Xin'an said that the newly issued Belarusian presidential decree on the park this year listed traditional Chinese medicine as one of the important supporting industries of the China Belarus Industrial Park. Yaroshenko said in his speech that the promulgation of the new presidential decree clearly takes biomedicine, production of pharmaceutical products, medical services and laboratory diagnosis as the priority development direction of the park, and stipulates a series of simplified measures for the field of medical activities. This has created good opportunities for the further formation of corresponding clusters in the park and the introduction of new enterprises, and also made the park gradually become an important development platform of traditional Chinese medicine in Belarus.

Yan Gang said that under the promotion of the new presidential decree, the park will become an important experimental field for regional biomedical R & D, production and international cooperation in Belarus. The signing of the cooperation agreement between new era biotechnology and Belarus health identification and testing center will mark the beginning of identification and clinical trials of traditional Chinese medicine in Belarus.
