On August 24, the promotion meeting of medical device and drug access manual and the signing ceremony of cooperation between Jintai Cultural Institute and Belarus health identification and test center were held in the multi-function hall of science and innovation center of China Belarus Industrial Park. Ambassador Xie Xiaoyong said that the signing of the memorandum of cooperation is the first step of joint R & D and production between the two sides. Vice Minister androsiuk said that with the support of all parties, the park is forming a gathering of pharmaceutical enterprises. The Ministry of health will continue to pay attention to and support the development of traditional Chinese medicine industry and open a green channel for rapid registration for resident enterprises in the medical field of China Belarus Industrial Park.

Hui Xin'an, deputy secretary of Qingdao municipal Party committee, said that the newly issued Belarusian presidential decree on the park this year listed traditional Chinese medicine as one of the important supporting industries of the China Belarus Industrial Park. Today's event is a further pragmatic measure on this basis. In his video speech, Luo Yan, marketing director of state machinery group, warmly congratulated the Chinese medicine enterprises on the start of identification and other cooperation with the Ministry of health of Belarus, expressed heartfelt thanks for the high attention and strong support given by the Chinese and Belarusian governments and relevant institutions in the development of Chinese medicine industry in the park, and hoped to take this as an opportunity, Sino white industrial park can become an important carrier of international cooperation of traditional Chinese medicine in Europe.

In his speech, director jaroshenko said that the promulgation of the new presidential decree clearly takes biomedicine, production of pharmaceutical products, medical services and laboratory diagnosis as the priority development direction of the park, and stipulates a series of simplified measures for the field of medical activities. This has created good opportunities for the further formation of corresponding clusters in the park and the introduction of new enterprises, and also made the park gradually become an important development platform of traditional Chinese medicine in Belarus.

General manager Yan Gang said that under the promotion of the new presidential decree, the park will become an important experimental field for regional biomedical R & D, production and international cooperation in Belarus. The signing of the cooperation agreement between new era biotechnology and Belarus health identification and testing center will mark the beginning of identification and clinical trials of traditional Chinese medicine in Belarus. As an opportunity, China White's cooperation against COVID-19 will also make new breakthroughs.
